Native Australian Plants bring serenity & boost pollination
There is nothing better than seeing the natives in your garden attract the birds and bees to pollinate your garden treasures.
Early on
We were blessed to move into a place where two majestic gum trees rose over the back of the property. The bird life teemed in the early morning and late afternoon and constant changes in colour and light were amazing. Unfortunately a great storm in 2018 left us having to bring down these two beauties, though their memories remain.
Current
Banksia abound and we now have other plants like the Waratah that encourage bird life and pollinators into the garden. We continue to seek out new natives that enhance the garden but also do the hard work of encouraging pollination throughout our vegetable and fruit garden.
